Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place 2 scoops of sorbet into each serving glass. Pour about 4 – 6 ounces (½ – ¾ cup) of sparkling rosé into each glass. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. The blood orange sorbet is homemade. It’s very easy to do. But if you don’t have time for that, you can get a store-bought raspberry sorbet or lemon sorbet.
  2. You can use regular sparkling wine too, but the wine won’t be pink in color.
  3. One bottle of sparkling rosé is usually 750ml (25 oz/3 cups), which is enough for 4 – 6 servings.
