The California Woods (Honey & Mint Gin Cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1½ ounces St. George Terroir Gin
  • 2½ teaspoons honey
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 4 ounces club soda

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the mint leaves. Add gin, honey and 2 ice cubes. Shake and strain into a desired cocktail glass. Add the soda and add the rest of ice cubes. Serve.

Notes

  1. I highly recommend using St. George Terroir Gin for this drink. It has a unique woody flavor. If you can’t find this gin, try using gin with an earthy note. But keep in mind, other gin just won’t give the same taste.
